PURPOSE:To generate an alarm automatically by providing a rain leading-in tube, which leads in rain from a water receiving port for rain measurment, and an alarm switch or the like, which is placed the same length apart from this rain leading-in tube on left and right sides of this tube and is operated by the attraction of a magnet, in the center of an upper cover. CONSTITUTION:A storage type rain quantity measuring device consists of a rain storage tank 10, floats 30, 33, and 36, shafts 24 and 25 which are moved within set ranges by the rise of floats 33 and 36 to operate alarm switches 40 and 41, and float guides 20 and 21. By this constitution, the first, the second, and the third floats rise as one body according as rain is increased, and an alarm signal is generated automatically. Thus, residents in a rainfall region can be guided and retired to another safe region. |
