PURPOSE:To simplify an operation and a processing by storing information required for picture display under the preceding display condition and directly separating image information under the preceding display condition only by the name of the system and the specification of the item in the succeeding stage. CONSTITUTION:A graphic CRT display device 1 is connected to a host computer system 2 through a communication line 12. Graphic information displayed on a CRT monitor 3 is stored in a host computer 8 or a display processor 4 together with a display item to be specified at the generation of a display request by defining the center of the display screen of the graphic information and its reduction as its display conditions, and when the display item is specified at the time of display in the succeeding operation, the graphic information having the center of the picture and the reduction under the precedently stored is separated and displayed on the CRT monitor 3.
