PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive clock supplying system by converting clocks different in frequency applied with optical wavelength multiplex and transmitted into electric signals at the receiving side, and separating and extracting the signals at filters. CONSTITUTION:The clocks f1-fn having different frequency are inputted respectively to light emitting elements E01-E0n having different wavelengths lambda1-lambdan, and the optical output is transmitted by being wavelength-multiplexed at a wavelength multiplexing circuit MUX. The wavelength multiplex signal is converted into the electric signal by a photodetector 0E at the receiving side and inputted to BPF1-BPFn whose pass band width is set respectively to the f1-fn. Thus, the BPF1-BPFn extract and outputs the clock signals in the frequencies f1- fn respectively, an expensive optical brnaching device is not required and an inexpensive system is constituted. |
