PURPOSE:To produce a bubble-free replica by using a flat stamper mold at the copying time of disc by a method in which a resin stamper is made of an ultraviolet rays-curable resin, and by using the stamper, a replica with an undercoat is produced. CONSTITUTION:A photo resist 2 is coated on a thick glass base plate 1, and a desired signal s recorded in the photo resist 2 by laser and developed to a base disc 3 having uneven surface. A metal layer 4 of Al, Ni, etc., is provided to the base disc 3 to prevent the swelling or denaturation of the surface of the base disc 3. A releasing agent is coated on the base disc 3, an ultraviolet rays-curable resin 5-1 is coated on the releasing agent coat, a transparent base plate 6 is pressed on them, and ultraviolet rays are projected to harden the resin 5-1 to obtain a stamper in which the boundary between the metal layer 4 and the resin 5-1 is separated. |
