PURPOSE:To reduce rise of residual potential during repeated uses, drop of surface potential, and crystallization by successively laminating on a conductive substrate an Se or Se-As layer, an Se-Te-As layer, an Se or Se-As layer and an Se-Te-As in a specified wt% in each layer. CONSTITUTION:An Se or Se-(1-10wt%) As layer, an Se-(15-30wt%) Te-(1- 10wt%) As layer, an Se or Se-(0.5-5wt%) As layer, and an Se-(6-20wt%) Te- (1-10wt%) As layer are successively laminated on a conductive substrate of aluminum or the like. The first layer serves as CTC, having 30-100mum, especially 40-70mum thickness. As the Se material, Se of about 5 nines is generally used and especially Se contg. <=1ppm, preferably <=0.8ppm O is used. The second layer serves as GGL, and especially sensitive to >=600nm wavelength light, and effectively serves when a red filter is used. The third layer acts as a role for retaining electrostatic charge of the second layer, and has 0.5-5mum thickness. The fourth layer is sensitive to 400-600nm wavelength light. |
