PURPOSE:To make it possible to smoothly return an overturned yacht to its normal condition, by providing, to the hull of the yacht, an underwater resistance member which may project outboard and be stored, so that a rotational resisting force is given to the overturned yacht when the latter is recovered. CONSTITUTION:A hull 3 of a yacht is provided with a cross-beam 2 which may project outboard and be stored and the free end of which is attached with a resistance member which gives resistance under the water. This resistance member 1 gives assistive rotating force under the water to the hull, when the overturned yacht is recovered so that the returning of the hull to its normal condition can be smoothly made.
