PURPOSE:To obtain the most suitable humidity detecting element for obserbing the humidity of electronic parts by printing the paste obtained from mixing and kneading a polymer of high water absorbability, conductive powders and synthetic resin emulsion on an insulatable board and forming a humidity inductive film. CONSTITUTION:The conductive powders and the binder (synthetic resin emulsion) are mixed and kneaded together with the high water absorbability polymer as the base to obtain the paste which is made to the paint of the state capable of screen printing. The paste is printed on the insulating board to form the humidity inductive film. Starch, cellulose and synthetic polymer can be used as the high water absorbable polymer used for the paste. The conductive powder such as carbon powder, graphite powder, silver powder and copper powder is added to the high water absorbable polymer by 30-500pts.wt against 100pts.wt. high water absorbable polymer, dispersed uniformly, furthermore polyvinyl acetate emulsion, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion, acrylic resin emulsion, polyurethane emulsion, etc. are added by 50-500pts.wt. to manufacture the paste. |
