PURPOSE:To manage easily the positioning accuracy in case of manufacture, and to execute a stable tracking servo by sticking and fixing a two-split photodetector to a polarized beam splitter of an optical pickup. CONSTITUTION:A two-split photodetector 27 is inserted into a guide jig 26, and also a polarized beam splitter 29 to which an ultraviolet hardening type adhesive agent 28 is applied is inserted, and stuck by irradiating an ultraviolet ray 30 from the upper part. As a result, it can be stuck easily within an allowable error range (+ or -1,000mum). Parts obtained by forming as on body these polarized beam splitters 23(29) and photodetectors 24(27), and a 1/4 wavelength plate 22 and an objective 21 are attached to a lens barrel 25, by which an optical device which is capable of stable tracking servo is obtained. |
