PURPOSE:To obtain a circuit with simple constitution constituted only with an MOS transistor(TR) structure by setting an input threshold value of a positive logical input terminal lower than an input threshold value of a negative logical input terminal or setting the input threshold value of the positive logical input terminal higher than the input threshold value of the negative logical input terminal. CONSTITUTION:The 1st code converter 15 selects an output of a position detecting logical circuit 50 in duplication by setting the input threshold value of the positive logical input logic gates 401, 411, 421, 431, 441, 451, 461, 471 constituting the position detection logical circuit 50 relatively lower than the input threshold value of the negative logical input logic gates 402, 412, 432, 442, 452 and 462. A low-order code of a gray code, however, is outputted at all times when two adjacent codes are overlapped and is not changed to other codes. Even if an output of a comparator is brought to any intermediate level ''X'', the output is changed normally from an output code to the next output code in this way. |
