PURPOSE:To process data in a memory automatically on the basis of control data by storing the control data to be set up previously in a data cassette and only charging the data cassette to a device body. CONSTITUTION:Check data M1, control data M2, individual kind data M3, and detailed data are stored in a memory 32 of the data cassette 3. Areas for a usable person on duty, data, time, store No., etc. are formed in the data M1, areas for totalization, setting transfer, etc. which are using purposes of the cassette are formed in the data M2, and areas for each section, group and person on duty are formed in the data M3. When the cassette 3 is to be charged into the body 1, check data are read out at first to be checked with each data in the body 1, and if no error is detected, control data are read out and corresponding processing such as totalization and setting is successively executed in accordance with the control data and displayed on a display part 15 in accordance with each processing. |
