PURPOSE:To prevent overheat while to reduce weight and to eliminate precise working, by forming coarse plastic face on the surface of metal shaft through coating or primary molding then injection molding plastic body while integrally surrounding them. CONSTITUTION:It is injection molded by heat-resistant and chemical resistant resin such as PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) then PPS resin 10 is applied thinly over the outercircumference of a shaft 8 having a recess 9 and mounted on a dies 11 thereafter PPS resin is pressure injected as shown by arrow 12 to injection mold a rotor 13. Consequently difficulty due to heat cycle and inner stress is prevented and the weight is reduced. While conductivity of approximately 10<4>ohm/cm<2> of surface resistance is provided to said resin to prevent overheat of rotor 13 under load operation while to prevent difficulty due to electrostatic adhesion of dust. Furthermore when injection molding with engineering resin having high dimensional accuracy, precise working process can be eliminated.
