PURPOSE:To improve balance of rotary member while to improve assembling reliability and to reduce size, by realizing brushless and integrating the impeller and rotor thereby reducing inertia of rotary member. CONSTITUTION:An impeller 22 is provided with a permanent magnet 23 on the bottom and fixed through a nut 24 to the shaft 25. The pole 28 of stator 27 is arranged while facing with said magnet 23. It is not provided with conventional rotor and rotor winding while the rotor and impeller are integrated by providing a permanent magnet 23 on the bottom of impeller 22. Consequently inertia of rotary member is reduced, accuracy is improved and the size is reduced. |
