PURPOSE:To prevent the retainer from damage caused by the centrifugal force, vibration, gyro-effect and the like, and extend the life of a ball bearing by a method wherein resin pieces are interposed between many rolling bodies in a ball bearing, the clearance between rolling bodies are retained with resin pieces. CONSTITUTION:In a ball bearing in which many rolling bodies 1 are arranged between an inner ring 3 and an outer ring 4, resin pieces 2 are arranged between each rolling body 1, the clearance between each rolling body 1 is retained with the resin pieces 2. In such a structure, a retainer is prevented from damage caused by the centrifugal force, vibration, gyro-effect and the like, also the sliding friction generated between the retainer and the rolling bodies at the direction changing of the bearing is prevented from increasing of friction. Accordingly, the life of the ball bearing can be increased. |
