PURPOSE:To easily remove high temperature clean combustion gas by a low-cost system, by a method wherein combustion residue is removed to the outside of a combustion furnace together with a combustion flow to change its direction centering around a horizontal direction acting as an axis. CONSTITUTION:Combustion gas (b) including combustion residue (c) fed through a combustion exhaust hole 7 to the outside of a furnace is momentarily changed in the direction of its flow by means of a duct B which is bent at 180 deg. to form the shape of a hair pin. The change in the direction of the flow causes the combustion residue (c) contained in the combustion gas (b) to be converged to the bent outer periphery side of the duct B bent in a hair pin through a centrifugal force, and when its direction is changed by about 180 deg., the residue is separated from the combustion gas (b) through a total sum of a centrifugal force and acceleration of gravity. The combustion residue (c) separated from the combustion gas (b) is taken-out from an air lock valve 13 to the outside after passing through an exhaust pipe 12. This permits easy taking-out of high temperature clean combustion gas by a low-cost system. |
