发明名称 TRANSMISSION TORQUE DETECTING DEVICE OF TORQUE CONVERTER
摘要 PURPOSE:To correctly detect the transmission torque regardless of the variation in accuracies of parts by a method wherein the relative turning angle between a first and second rorating members is calculated from the difference between the rotational positions of the first and of the second rotating members and the transmission torque is proportionally calculated from the deviation between the calculated relative turning angle and the set angle. CONSTITUTION:Permanent magnets 36 and 37 as a first and a second rotational position detecting means are arranged in the same rotational surface on a turbine hub (a first rotating member) 8, onto which the turbine runner of a torque converter is attached, and on a shaft hub (a second rotating member) 10, which is splinedly coupled onto the output shaft 9 of the torque converter. Said magnets 36 and 37 are arranged at the positions shifted with each other in the direction of rotation and turn ON a reed switch 38 imbedded on the outer peripheral surface of a sleeve 13 when the magnets 36 and 37 move inclose to the switch 38. The relative turning angle between both the rotating members 8 and 10 is calculated by means of a calculating means based upon the attributes obtained at a timing device from the outputs of the respective rotational position detecting means and the transmission torque is proportionally calculated from the deviation between the calculated relative turning angle and the set angle.
