PURPOSE:To reduce the amount of consumption of air conditioning energy by a method wherein in the case of a room provided with a double glass type window, the indoor air is discharged into an air discharge port provided in the upper part of the outside of a room from air intake ports in the upper and the lower parts of the room through the space between two window glasses by using a fan. CONSTITUTION:When the room air temperature T3 is higher than the open air temperature T1 and the temperature T2 in the space 13 between the two window glasses or when the open air temperature T1 is higher than the space temperature T2 and the latter is higher than the room temperature T3, the air intake ports 18 and 32 and the air discharge port 16 are opened and a fan 24 is driven. As a consequence, the air in the upper part of the room is discharged into the air discharge port 16 from the air intake port 18 as shown by the arrow B. In this case, the pressure in the space 13 becomes negative and the air in the lower part of the room is sucked into the space 13 from the air intake port 32 so that an air current A flowing toward the air discharge port 16 generates and the temperature in the space 13 comes close to the room temperature T3. Accordingly, the heating environment near the window during ventilation is kept in a favorable condition and it is possible to reduce the amount of consumption of air conditioning energy. |
