PURPOSE:To perform the accurate processing, control, display, etc. of data in case a central monitor station collects the observation data by a polling system, by providing the simultaneousness among the observation data collected by the central monitor station. CONSTITUTION:A central monitor station 10 outputs a general observation command to observing stations 1-n to hold totally the observation data before it collects the observation data. Thus all stations 1-n identify the received signals and latch the observation data. The station 10 calls out successively these held observation data to collect them. In such a way, the stations 1-n can have the same time point of observation in terms of real time. |
