PURPOSE:To output random photography commands to a camera on the basis of random number data from a storage device and time data from a timer by extracting random number data in a preset observation period at a frequency of observation and storing them the storage device. CONSTITUTION:Random number data from a random number generation circuit 31 is stored in the storage device 34 by a processor 36 on the basis of the observation period T0 and observation frequency stored in the data storage device 34 previously. The processor 36 outputs a signal based upon the stored random number data and time data from the timer 35, and an output circuit 37 outputs random photography commands at intervals of time. Thus, the random photography commands are outputted to the camera on the basis of the random number data from the data storage device and the time data from the timer, so the controller of a photographing device is simplified and the reliability of operation observation data is improved. |
