PURPOSE:To attain the improvement of bit density per chip by providing a transfer path for excluding a magnetic bubble being substantially the same as a transfer path pattern and turned by 180 deg. to a dummy detector so as to save a required occupied area. CONSTITUTION:A dummy magnetic bubble detector consisting of a detector 6 of chevron pattern, a magnetic bubble transfer path 7 or the like is provided with the transfer path 8 for excluding the magnetic bubble having the same chevron pattern as the transfer path 7 and turned by 180 deg.. Thus, a guard rail blocking progressing of magnetic bubble of T-bar pattern is not required and it is not necessary to provide the lots of trains of the transfer paths 7 for matching based on the difference of patterns, the required occupied area of the dummy detector is saved and the bit density per chip is improved. |
