PURPOSE:To obtain a static pressure sufficient for withstanding an ignition pressure by returning a part of gas exhausted from an impeller to a suction port and increasing the total pressure of the gas exhausted through an exhaust port. CONSTITUTION:A part of gas the pressure of which has been increased to the maximum at the terminal end of a space is introduced to a guide plate 4c from a cutout 4d of a bell mouth 4, and is returned to the suction side of the impeller 1. The gas which has been returned to the suction side of an impeller 1 is again sucked up, and the pressure of the gas is further increased by the impeller 1. A part of the gas is exhausted out of an exhaust port. Since this cycle of operations is repeatedly carried out, the gas exhausted through the exhaust port 5b can obtain a large total pressure, and the ignition pressure can be obtained. |
