A boiler has a fluidised bed, a combustion space, an inlet plenum(21) and a steam and water-filled space. the combustion space(12) is set in a boiler housing(11). A low bed(14) is set for supporting the fuel layer. A water jacket is formed between the low surface of the low bed(14) and the boiled housing(11). A inner pipe(29) is operated by a controlplate(32).
