PURPOSE:To permit to control ignition delicately by a method wherein a means to change at least one of the first input amount, constant in time, second input amount, constant in time, and a predetermined comparating amount is provided against the continuous change of the voltage of a battery. CONSTITUTION:The output terminal of a sensor 1, detecting the first and second angular positions of the engine, is connected to the first input terminal of a gate 10 through an inverter 9 while the same terminal is also connected to the base of a transistor 5. A charging circuit 2 for a capacitor C3 is connected to the positive pole of the battery 13 and a connecting point between the resistors 21, 22 of the same circuit 2 is connected to the base of the transistor 24. The emitter of the transistor 24 is grounded through the capacitor C3 and is connected to the converted input terminal of a comparator 8 and the collector of the transistor 41 of a discharging circuit 4. Further, a reference voltage unit 7 is connected to the positive pole of the battery 13 and the output thereof is inputted into the non-converted input terminal of the comparator 8. The output of the comparator 8 is inputted into the second in put terminal of the gate 10 and the transistor 11 is controlled by the output of the gate 10 to control the ignition.
