PURPOSE:The titled apparatus, capable of digitizing signals from a yarn unevenness sensor directly attached to a textile machine for real time processing, analyzing yarn unevenness signals in a short time with a high accuracy, and sensing and displaying accurately an abnormal site. CONSTITUTION:An apparatus capable of processing mathematically signals from a yarn unevenness sensing means 2 of a textile machine 1 with a signal processing means 3 to convert the time function into a wavelength function, inputting the converted data to a controlling means 4, converting yarn speed signals from a yarn speed sensing means 5 into frequency with a processing means 6, correcting the reading position of the yarn unevenness data on the basis of the converted data with a correcting means 7, comparing the read actual measurements with the preset alarm level 8 considering the fluctuation of the yarn speed with a comparing means 9, and displaying an abnormal site on a display means 10 if the compared and calculated values are above the preset level. |
