PURPOSE:To minimize the load of an information processing device to gather automatically effective line signal monitor data by providing a line signal monitor device consisting of an interface part, an external storage part, a time part, and a processor and locating troubles. CONSTITUTION:An information processing device 1 indicates the monitor start to a line signal monitor device 3 together with information required for monitor and the classification of an error. In a CPU110, they are stored temporarily in a storage part 120 through an IF part 9 and are written in an external storage part 11 together with time data of a time part 12. A selecting and branching part 8 selects and branches the line signal, and the line signal is read into the storage part 120 by the CPU110 and is written in the storage part 11 together with time data. When the device 1 detects a trouble again, the line number and error contents at a monitor start time are read from the storage part 11 and are sent to the device 3 to indicate the monitor stop. The CPU110 stores them temporarily in the storage part 120 and stops the write to the storage part 11 and writes said information at a monitor stop time onto the storage part 11 and reports the monitor end to the device 1. The device 1 reports data in the storage part 11 to the operator. |
