An increasing number of accidents involving personal injury occur in particular due to unsafe bicycles and motorcycles. They themselves are not adequately protected, in particular since their components are integrated insufficiently homogenously into the overall shape. Therefore, according to this application a safety vehicle is provided which has safety handle bars, a safety seat, safety pedals and footrests, safety panels and safety holding device for the driver, in which the elements are integrated, in particular in terms of shape.
