PURPOSE:To cope sufficiently with the noise having a wide amplitude without degrading an essential signal by discriminating a noise on a basis of the level of the digital value of a digital signal and the time when the level is held and eliminating the digital signal if the noise is discriminated. CONSTITUTION:The result obtained by not only sampling an analog signal at intervals of a certain time but also converting the analog quantity to a digital signal in an A/D converter is inputted to an input terminal 1. A difference operating circuit 2 operates the difference between digital values preceding and succeeding a digital value which exists at intervals of a certain time, and a level comparing circuit 3 compares a difference level obtained by this difference operation with a reference level. The output of an operation time correcting delay circuit 8 which delays the digital signal inputted from the input terminal 1 to match timings of the digital signal to be eliminated and the output singal from a time comparator circuit 5, which is outputted for the purpose of eliminating this digital signal, is inputted to a terminal D of a D-FF (D flip-flop) 7. |
