PURPOSE:To perform uniform heating and brazing with good airtightness by moving vertically and rotating a work while applying an electron beam to a good conductive member. CONSTITUTION:A work 7 is constituted of race track-shaped cylindrical good conductive member 8 formed on copper and provided in the lower part, and a plate-shaped beryllium member 11 placed via a brazing member 10 in a groove 9 formed to said member and provided in an upper part. The members 8, 11 are pressed to each other by a copper block 12 placed on the member 11. While an electron beam from an electron gun 3 is applied to the member 8 of the work 7, the work 7 is vertically moved and rotated by a table 4. Even if the member 8 is formed into a race track shape, the member is uniformly heated and the material 10 is uniformly heated, by which the members 8, 11 are airtightly brazed. |
