PURPOSE:To reduce an idle current produced at the time of non-signal by supplying signals via a resistance which is connected between the base of an output transistor and the base of a current positive feedback transistor. CONSTITUTION:The signal supplied through an input terminal IN is applied to the base of an output transistor TR4 of an OTL circuit 1' via an input TR1 and a current positive feedback detecting resistance R1. At the same time, the R1 is connected to the base of a TR3 of a current positive feedback circuit 2'. In such a way, the voltage corresponding to the signal current is impressed to the base of the TR3 by the R1. Thus it is possible to reduce an idle current at the time of non-signal by setting the resistance value of a current limiting resistance RO is set at a high level. |
