PURPOSE:To enable a highly accurate measurement by providing a peak hold circuit for a reference heat source signal. CONSTITUTION:An operation valid/invalid signal and a reset signal are transmitted from a synchronous generator 10. Then, infrared ray from an object to be observed is detected with a detector 6 and inputted into a peak hold circuit 12 via an amplifier 7. A peak hold zone PH before and after an infrared ray signal S2 in the circuit 12, the middle part of the zone is made as scan signal valid zone SS and a reset signal RS generated at the final end of the zone PH. An input signal S2 is held in the peak so that the amplitude gives a fixed value only in the zone SS, applied to a clamping circuit 11 as signal F and clamped with a pulse B. |
