<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the lift force for a car and suppress the floating-up of the car by executing assembly by compressing alternately a pair of rear coil springs fitted at the positions symetrical right and left between a car body and a rear axle housing. CONSTITUTION:In assembling work, a synchronous bar 35 is raised by elongating a synchronous cylinder 37 on a compression flat car 30, when the rear axle housing 25 of a car 2 transported at a constant speed reaches a prescribed position. Then, the synchronous bar 35 is engaged with the car 2, and a left lift cylinder 28 is extended in the state where the flat car 30 is traveled in synchronization, and the left part of the housing 25 is pushed-up through an attachment 23 by compressing a rear coil spring 22a. In this state, a pivot hole 53 at the lower edge of a left rear shock absorber 52 is assembled onto a pivot 54 by using a bolt. Then, the cylinder 28 is contracted, and a right rear shock absorber 55 is assembled similarly.</p> |
