<p>A cleaning cloth is described which is made from microfibers having a nonporous fiber core surrounded by a foamed coating layer containing open celled pores. The microfibers may optionally be combined with other types of fibers. The cloth has a high capacity for holding dirt and in another application, a detergent, bacteriocide, fungicide or preservative can be contained in the pores to provide a combination cleaning cloth.</p> |
