PURPOSE:To permit to fit transferred individual linear materials into the holes of a porous plate automatically by a linear material fitting mechanism capable of advancing in parallel to an orthgonal direction with respect to the porous plate. CONSTITUTION:A separating and cutting device 9 is advanced by driving a straight moving machine 8, and is rushed inbetween first and second linear materials 2A to separate them, thereafter, the lower end of the linear material 2A is cut. In this case, the lower end of the linear material 2A is held by the holding device 10 for transfer of the linear material transfer mechanism C and is delivered to the holding device 15 for fitting the linear material 2A of a linear material fitting mechanism D. Subsequently, the lower end of the linear material 2A is held by the holding device 15 for fitting, thereafter, the holding device 15 is descended by the operation of a pneumatic cylinder 14 toward a supporting board 16 supported by the outer perforated plate supporting mechanism E and the lower end of the linear body 2A is fitted automatically into the holes of the supporting plate 16 bored with a predetermined intervals. Thereafter, X and Y- shafts control motors 18, 20 are driven to move the perforated plate 16 and succeeding holes are set to the predetermined fitting positions therefor. |
