<p>PURPOSE:To discriminate polarity easily by a method wherein the thickness of copper suboxide film on the surface of a pair of stud electrodes is made different from each other exceeding specific value. CONSTITUTION:A DHD type diode is formed of a semiconductor pellet held by stud electrodes made of a pair of copper coated iron nickel alloy and a pair of stud electrodes glass sealed. At this time, the thickness of copper suboxide film on the surface of a pair of stud electrodes are differentiated from each other exceeding 0.5mum. Through these procedures, color tone may be differentiated to be discriminated by sight with their polarity discriminated also by sight.</p> |
