摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate a malfunction by coupling each anode potential of two diodes to each input part of a pair of differential transistors, converting said part to an integrated circuit in a single substrate together with a bipolar integrated circuit of a main circuit, utilizing this detecting circuit signal, and controlling selectively an operation of the bipolar integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:A resistance 2 and a diode 3 are cascaded to a circuit power source terminal 1, and an anode terminal part of its diode 3 is connected to the base of one transistor 4 of a pair of differential transistors. Also, an anode terminal part of a diode 7 of an electric circuit formed by cascading a resistance 6, the diode 7 and a resistance 8 to the power source terminal 1 is connected to the base of the other transistor 5 of the pair of differential transistors. Moreover, the other end part of the resistance 8 is connected to a common emitter terminal part of the pair of differential transistors 4, 5 through a resistance 9, and it becomes a ground potential terminal 10. In this way, a cathode terminal part 11 of the diode 3 is connected to a substrate potential part, for instance, a p type substrate formed by converting a npn transistor to an integrated circuit, or a p type separated area, and a detecting signal is outputted from a terminal 13 of a collector load 12.
