PURPOSE:To improve the electromagnetic transducing characteristics by forming a magnetic layer contg. a liq. acrylic oligomer, a radiation curing resin, polyester resin and magnetic powder so as to improve the dispersibility and fillability of the magnetic powder. CONSTITUTION:The acrylic oligomer is prepd. by mixing dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate with the ester of dipentaerythritol with pentaacrylic acid or lower. Common satd. or unsatd. polyester resin having about 10,000-30,000mol.wt. or polyester resin contg. sulfone groups or metallic sulfonate groups is suitable for use as the polyester resin used in combination with the liq. acrylic oligomer and the radiation curing resin, and for example, ''Vylon #200'', ''Vylon #300'', ''Vylon #400'' or ''Polyester GX-W1'' is used as the polyester resin. The resin is used by 1-80wt% of the total amount of the binder components. |
