PURPOSE:To adjust the rotating speed of a motor accurately at a high speed by dividing a speed command value into a fixed value and adjustable variable value, and employing the sum or difference thereof. CONSTITUTION:Starting/stopping speed command value setting means, speed command value retrieving and calculating means, variable value supplying means in a speed command value with variable value adjusting means, fixed value supplying means, comparing means for comparing and outputting the speed command value from the speed command value retrieving and calculating means with the rotating speed from the rotating speed detecting means of a motor, and motor driving means for controlling the deviation to a small value on the basis of an input from the comparing means. |
