| 摘要 |
PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and simplify constitution by connecting N units of directional couplers in such a way that the 1st and the 2nd output/ input terminals of the (n)th (1<=n<N) coupler are connected with input/output terminals of the (n+1)th coupler respectively. CONSTITUTION:A couple of transmission lines 51 and 52 such as optical fibers are coupled by N units of couplers in this directional coupler; those transmission lines 51 and 52 have N sections 1-N arranged in order from the 1st terminal to the 2nd terminal and the (K)th section of the 1st transmission line 51 is coupled with the (K)th section of the 2nd transmission line 52. Those sections on the transmission lines 51 and 52 are numbered in increasing order. Then, the transmission lines 51 and 52 are oriented in reverse parallel to each other in the N sections. |
