PURPOSE:To promote the volumetric efficiency and performance efficiency, by fitting the eccentric hole of a crankshaft with an eccentric ring provided with a rocker bearing and by fitting the bearing with a rocking scroll shaft. CONSTITUTION:An eccentric ring 26 having a rocker bearing 16'' in an eccentric position is fitted in the eccentric hole 16' of a crankshaft 14. A rocking scroll shaft 4 is fitted in the bearing 16''. Since the eccentric ring 26 is freely rotatable around its axis O5, the axis O4 of the bearing 16'' can be revolved around the former when some turning force acts. The eccentric ring 26 is made of a bearing material so that a bearing metal or the like does not need to be used for the inside surfaces of the eccentric hole 16' and the rocker bearing 16''.
