PURPOSE:The titled pharmaceutical preparation having high and stable intake ratio, obtained by blending a carcinostatic agent with an oily substance and one or more of tocopherols and ubiquinones, adding an emulsifying agent to the mixture. CONSTITUTION:One or more carcinostatic agents selected from adriamycin, daunomycin, mitomycin, bleomycin, and 5-fluorouracil is blended with one or more oily substances (e.g., vegetable oil such as soybean oil, sesame oil, etc., middle or higher fatty acid ester, milddle or higher triglyceride), one or more tocopherols or ubiquinones (e.g., alpha, beta, gamma or delta-tocopherol, ubiquinone Q10, ubiquinone Q9, etc.) and one or more emulsifying agents (e.g., polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil derivative, phospholipid, etc.), to give a pharmaceutical preparation of carcinostatic agent-containing W/O/W type emulsion. It has no toxicity such as hemolysis and extremely reduced side effect.
