PURPOSE:To extract an optional amount of floating object form a wet-seal gas holder at optional time in no relation to the storage amount of gas, by using a floating object extracting pipe which provides a U-trap in depth not less than the head difference of internal pessure in a gas tank in the outlet side. CONSTITUTION:A floating object extracting pipe 6, opening its inlet end to a position higher than the steady level of water in a gas tank 2, has a U-trap 8 in depth not less than the head difference of internal pressure in the gas tank 2 in the outlet side of said pipe, and a peripheral wall 7 of a water tank in the outside of the gas tank 2 is formed to the height not less than the head difference of the internal pressure higher than the inlet end of the floating object extracting pipe 6, closing a shutoff valve 10 and supplying water from a supply water pipe 11, thus the level of water in the gas tank 2 rises extracting a floating object from the floating object extracting pipe 6. The amount to be extracted can be optionally set by the supply amount of water from the beginning of extraction. If the object to be extracted disappears, the action of a U-tube causes the extraction of the floating object to naturally stop without causing any blow off of gas. |
