PURPOSE:To always generate a random number by an electronic circuit, and to obtain instantaneously a pseudo random number by generating a numerical value which becomes a base of the pseudo random number by a binary counter, and changing weighting of its numerical value by a multiplexer. CONSTITUTION:A binary counter 1 has 7 bits, 14-113 is set to one period, and counting is always executed. With regard to each output bit of the binary counter 1, a ratio of high and low becomes 1:1, and even in case when weighting of each bit is changed, the generation probability of each numerical value is the same, therefore, the weighting can be changed freely. A code generating circuit 4 generates a weighting changing code for a multiplexer 3, and generates one weighting changing code whenever one period is counted in order to satisfy two conditions of a random number. In the end, a pseudo random number outputted from the multiplexer 3 is latched in a latch 5, and a CPU reads it from this latch. |
