PURPOSE:To prevent the contamination of a nozzle leading end, by providing a nozzle having a jet orifice around which the wall part is reduced in thickness, the holding means of the ink adhered to the nozzle outer wall arranged from the nozzle leading end part to the nozzle base part side and an ink discharge means. CONSTITUTION:When ink begins to overflow from a nozzle leading end 201, the ink is moved toward the base part of the outer wall of a conical nozzle from the leading end of a nozzle and, when a part of the moved ink reaches a guide 401, it is rapidly sucked in the narrow gap between the guide 401 and the nozzle outer wall 301 by the capillary action in said gap and the ink is not left to the nozzle leading end 201. By this mechanism, the nozzle leading end is not contaminated and good ink injection can be performed. The ink sucked in the guide 401 is discharged by a discharge means consisting of a pipe 403 and the porous material 404 such as felt provided in said pipe 403 to be recovered in a tank. |
