PURPOSE:To efficiently purify water, by providing an air spply pipe, which has an air supply hole opened to a lower chamber below an ozonizer, immersed in a water tank and a filter for the removel of impurities and excess ozone above the water tank. CONSTITUTION:Electric power is supplied from an oscillating circuit 7 through a booster circuit 8 to an ozonizer 18, to form ozone by silent discharge. The formed ozone is sent from a lower chamber 19 through an air supply hole 20 and an air supply pipe 21 to a microfilter 23 and then discharged in water inside a water tank 22. In the water tank 22, residual foul-smelling substance is decomposed and deodorized by the oxidizing action of said ozone, and the water after being doedorized is let overflow through a faucet 24 for reuse. In addition, air excessively containing ozone is circulated through the layer 34 of an adsorbent also serving for the removal of impurities from supplied water to remove the excess ozone and then discharged outside through an exhaust opening 36.
