PURPOSE:A molding hollow roll having molds formed by cutting peripheral surface and another flat hollow roll are set in parallel so that their shafts are arranged horizontally side by side and heaters are set in their hollows, thus pasta is passed through between the two hollow rolls to effect molding and roasting simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:A couple of hollow rolls 1, 1 are installed so that their shafts become in parallel horizontally and one roll functions as the pressing one 1a and the other as the molding one 1b. Molds 1c are cut-formed on the peripheral surface of the roll 1b and the two rolls are made to rotate slowly and inward to each other. The rollers are heated with the heaters 2 inside the hollow parts up to a prescribed temperature and the paste which has been appropriately prepared 30 is fed between these rolls to effect molding and roasting simultaneously.
