PURPOSE:To enable cheap monitoring of plural places by making a video signal generating section arrange end faces of video transmitting optical cables to which image is sent from each image pickup section in the same plane, and shifting an image pickup body to oppose to the end face of the video transmitting optical cable. CONSTITUTION:An image of respective object is formed at a photo recepting section 5 of each optical body 4 of each image pickup section 11-1n. Images of objects formed on the photo recepting section 5 are projected respectively on video displays 8 of video transmitting optical cables distributed equally in the same radius on a fixed substrate 7 of a video signal generating section 3 through video transmitting optical cables 21-2n. A video signal circuit 13 sends out video signals by applying various processing to the signals supplied from an image pickup body 11 and displays the image on a monitor receiving set 14. Accordingly, in a normal mode, images of objects of image pickup sections 11- 1n are displayed on the monitor receiving set 14 successively at a fixed time interval. Consequently, monitoring of plural places can be effected. |
