PURPOSE:To reduce the size and the noise by arranging pole teeth of a slider linearly to a direction perpendicular to the moving direction, and arranging slits displaced by a value in response to the prescribed pitch corresponding to the poles. CONSTITUTION:A slider SL' of a linear motor is coupled to a frame 13 to be movable. The slider SL has a bearing shaft 15, a bearing 14, yokes 10, 11, and a permanent magnet 16, etc. The toothed parts of the poles A'-D' of the yokes 10, 11 are aligned linearly to the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the toothed parts of the poles A' and C', B' and D'. The poles A'-D' have slits displaced in the value in response to the prescribed pitch. |
