发明名称 METHOD OF CONTROLLING FUEL INJECTION QUANTITY IN DIESEL ENGINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance stability of a control system against aging, change in the temperature of cooling water, etc., by monitoring movement of the position of a member such as a control rack or the like for controlling the injection quantity of fuel, and varying the integration element, proportional element or differentiation element of a digital servo-mechanism section. CONSTITUTION:In an apparatus in which a control rack serving as a fuel control member for a fuel injection pump is moved by an actuator 3 and the actuator 3 is controlled by a control unit 8, an aimed injection quantity of fuel is calculated by the control unit 8 from the outputs of an engine-speed sensor 5 and an accelerator sensor 6. Here, the actuator 3 is controlled by the integration element, proportional element or differentiation element of the deviation between the aimed injection quantity and the actual injection quantity detected from the output of a rack-position sensor 4. If an aimed position of the control rack is moved only within a certain amplitude for more than a prescribed while, control is executed to correct the constant of superposition such as the above integration value according to the magnitude of amplitude of the actual position of the control rack.
