CONSTITUTION:Congers are opened, bones are removed from them, seasoned by roasting or by boiling, the prepared congers are packed into polyethylene films in a sealed state, and sterilized with hot water. Consequently, a large amount of raw or roasted congers can be cooked and processed, and congers always in a fresh state can be cooked rapidly since they are packed in a sealed state and sterilized.
