PURPOSE:To enable cooling of a large amount of raw conger or roasted conger, by opening congers, taking bones from them, seasoning them by roasting or by boiling, packing them into polyethylene films in a sealed state, followed by sterilizing them. CONSTITUTION:Congers are opened, bones are removed from them, seasoned by roasting or by boiling, the prepared congers are packed into polyethylene films in a sealed state, and sterilized with hot water. Consequently, a large amount of raw or roasted congers can be cooked and processed, and congers always in a fresh state can be cooked rapidly since they are packed in a sealed state and sterilized. |
