发明名称 PRINTING MECHANISM
摘要 PURPOSE:To miniaturize a printing mechanism and to enlarge a magnification ratio, by constructing said printing mechanism from the beam of a displacement and magnification means supported at one end thereof by a piezoelectric element and supported at the other end thereof by a substrate, an arm one half or more the length of said beam and the return spring connected to the substrate. CONSTITUTION:A beam 13 is attached to the leading end of a piezoelectric element 12 attached to a substrate 11 or the same axis as the displacement direction of the piezoelectric element and the other end of the beam 13 is supported by the substrate 11. In addition, an adjusting screw 14 for imparting initial displacement to the central position of the beam 13 is provided to the substrate 11 and an air 16 having a printing needle 15 at the leading end thereof is connected to the beam 13 in the vicinity of the connecting part of one end thereof. Further, a return spring 17 connected to the substrate 11 is attached to the connection part of the arm 16 and the beam 13. The beam 13, the arm 16 and the return spring 17 are integrally formed of a springy thin plate producible by a press punching or etching method and can be fabricated at low cost.
