PURPOSE:To provide a phenolic resin compsn. having low-temperature stability and high cycle rate, by adding additives to a phenolic resin having a specified o/p ratio and contg. a specified quantity of unreacted phenol. CONSTITUTION:A filler, a lubricant, a colorant and a hardener are added to a phenolic resin contg. 0-3% unreacted phenol and having an o/p ratio of 3-5 and a number-average MW of pref. 400-600.
